Pacolet Milliken denies newspaper report that it is offering $10 billion to buy South Carolina-owned utility Santee Cooper - Charlotte Business Journal: "But Greenville, S.C.-based Pacolet Milliken released a statement saying it “has not made any offers to purchase Santee Cooper,” though the private investment firm added that it “has no further comment at this time.”
