Environmental report favors gas pipeline - Rocky Mount Telegram: "he Federal Environment Regulatory Commission released its final Environmental Impact Statement for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline on Friday. The proposed 600-mile transmission line would deliver new supplies of natural gas from West Virginia to public utilities in North Carolina.
