Carolina Utility Commission Docket Nos. E-7, Subs 819 and 1146 a request to cancel the Lee
Nuclear project pursuant to N.C. Gen Stat. § 62-110. 7, as described in the attached filing. This
request to the NCUC is a predicate to cost recovery for the project in North Carolina, and we
wanted to ensure that the Commission and parties to this docket were aware of the request. At
this time, we are not making requests in South Carolina on this matter.
